Please be aware that custom material may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to prepare upon confirming your request. The pricing is determined by our quotation with supplier, manufacturer & available delivery service at the time.

Order Process

  • 1. Submit Custom Request

    Submit custom material service request via the Google Form provided on our website.

  • 2. Comfirm Specification

    Once we receive the request, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the specification of the custom material you want to make.

  • 3. Quotation & Payment

    We will notify you with the quotation and estimate time of delivery (this step usually takes 2-4 days). You may decide at this point to proceed with the order or not.

  • 4. Fabricate & Delivery

    Upon confirming the payment, our team will begin fabrication accordingly, which usually takes 1-4 weeks. Your goods will arrive to you based on your selected delivery method during checkout.
