*Layer 4 is for referencing the selected material dimension only, objects on this layer will not be fabricated, maximum bed size is 600x900mm, please refer to the dimension provided on our material list.

 

Content standard:

  1. Save all graphics that use the same material into ONE file
  2. Units must be in millimeters (mm)
  3. All graphics must be flattened (on to the same plane, i.e. XY plane)
  4. Make sure there is no overlap lines (i.e. 'make2D' in Rhino; 'explode' -> 'overkill' in AutoCAD) 
  5. Move the graphics as close to origin (x,y,z = 0,0,0) as possible
  6. Join the curves or lines in their respective layers
  7. If the text object within the file is intended for laser cut, please turn it into curve or line (i.e. 'explode' in Rhino; 'Modify Text' -> 'Explode' in AutoCAD)
  8. The maximum operable area is 600x900mm. Please draw the (Blue) "Frame" according to the material size, the "Frame" size must not exceed 600x900mm
