All customers are entitled to the complimentary delivery if a single purchase reaches over the set amount listed below based on the delivery location [1]:

  • Free delivery to Hong Kong Island：  spend $1,000 or above  [2]
  • Free delivery to Kowloon：  spend $1,500 or above  [2]
  • Free delivery to New Territories:  spend $2,000 or above  [2]

  • 2. Self Pick Up

    Please follow the instruction provided by our team on Whatsapp to pick up your order within 30 days. No appointment is required when visiting the pick up location. The pick up location operates 24/7.

  • 3. Unclaim Order

    Please note that Team DDD reserves the right to reclaim the relevant goods without refund without notification if customer has not picked up the order at the designated location within 30 days after dispatch.

2. Lalamove (Hong Kong):

  • 1. Schedule Delivery

    Once your order is prepared for shipment, DDD Team will contact you via Whatsapp to schedule a suitable delivery time. While we provide an estimated arrival window, please note that actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions or routing choices made by our delivery partners.

  • 2. Shipment

    After your order is dispatched, we will send you the delivery details via WhatsApp. Please note that the delivery service is handled by a third-party partner. Therefore, DDD Material Supply Limited cannot be held liable for delays, early arrivals, or any damage that may occur during transit.

  • 3. Arrival & Delivery

    Once your order is dispatched, the Lalamove driver may contact you directly to confirm the delivery location and provide an estimated arrival time. Please note that deliveries are made to the nearest available parking space, and Team DDD is not liable for any issues arising during this final delivery stage handled by Lalamove.

  • 4. Additonal Service

    For door-to-door delivery, please coordinate directly with the driver, noting that an extra charge may apply. We also recommend ensuring someone is present to receive the goods, as failed delivery attempts will result in additional fees charged to the customer.

    Please note that some of our products may be too large for a standard SF Locker. We strongly advise you to verify the dimensions of your order against the size of your chosen locker.
